HYDRAULIC DOORS
Schweiss Doors is proud of our new "One-Piece" hydraulic doors that swing outward. Already a leader in the bifold door industry, Schweiss Doors also now offers the Hydraulic Door. The door design requires zero headroom, comes pre-hung, is water-tight, easy to install, easy to operate with the push of a button, easy to insulate and swings out to provide a canopy when the door is in the open position

WHY GO HYDRAULIC?

  • Easy to install, adapts to any building large or small.
  • Easy to operate, remote controls available.
  • Easy to insulate, weather tight.

WE GIVE YOU CHOICES!

  • Solid one piece hydraulic doors for large or small buildings. (Door sizes up to 72' wide x 22' high)
  • Pre-Hung hydraulic door, takes up to 4" head room under stub columns.
  • Zero headroom, hydraulic door mounts to the buildings header/stub columns.

Do you need a one piece, sturdy, quick opening door? A hydraulic door is ideal in situations where maximum clear opening must be maintained. The one-piece hydraulic door swings up and away from the building so there is no loss of headroom. There is also no headroom lost inside the building. Manually opening doors is a thing of the past with an automatic hydraulic door. With the push of a button, your hydraulic door will quietly, quickly, and safely open, giving you access to the full available space your building has to offer.

SIMPLE UNIQUE DESIGN
Powered by a powerful hydraulic pump, two heavy duty cylinders activate the "One-Piece" hydraulic door frame. Hinges across the top of the door frame allow the door frame to swing out and away from the building to the full open position. The hydraulic pump can be located away from the door opening to keep a clean look.

IMPORTANT
The Customer, Contractor, Owner or Building Manufacturer When your one-piece hydraulic door is opening or is in the wide open position, the hydraulic door tends to pull away from the building at the hinge line also putting stress on each building column where the cylinders attach.

Your building header/column design must meet standard deflection and strength criteria, both in vertical and horizontal directions to support the One-Piece Hydraulic door in all positions.

TESTIMONIALS
"Absolutely the best decision I have ever made. I had been contemplating a different door option, but after talking with my steel building company and your team it was quite obvious that Schweiss was the way to go. It was more economical, easier to install and the features that were available far surpassed any other door I had considered. I love it. Mike, Julie, Dave and Brook keep up the great work. Happy holidays to you and your team. AC" AC, IDAHO

"When we decided our hangar doors needed replacing, Schweiss's installation crew made our upgrade smooth and easy. The state-of-the-art technology with our hangar doors is truly second to none." GH, FL
